No big crowds, groups, or being put on display in front of a big gym. Private Personal Training sessions are the foundation of this program. We teach you techniques surrounding a variety of fitness styles including; flexibility, core, balance, resistance, and cardio training. The best part; it's just you and your trainer.

HI! I'm Doug Yannessa I've had the honor of being in the fitness industry for more than 15 years and I can humbly say I've been on a diet since I was 13 and failed probably 997 times. I've developed enough love for fitness to share it with others, I just have one BIG request: be open and let's have fun! Let's be honest, we can both think about 101 things we would rather do than workout. We also know it needs to be done, so let us build something suitable for you and let's have fun doing it!
