What is a Fitness Consultation?
- Goal Setting: While we focus on SMART goals in this session, the real focus is on the "why" that goal is important to you.
- Exercise Ideas: We will talk about what worked in the past and what you're currently doing to find a path that you'll enjoy
- Injury History: What injuries are holding you back, this includes surgeries as well as long term aches and pains
- Medical History: Crucial to know if something could be a contraindication for your program.
- If we both determine we are a good fit for each other the endow the consult we will invite you in for a fitness evaluation to start your program, but think about this initial meeting as a chance to talk about what you want to accomplish with someone who has helped many do the same.
